ssh key authentication

I did the following with gitbash:
- Open gitbash
- `ssh-keygen` (follow instructions on screen)
- `ssh-copy-id -p 311 rob@deq1.bse.vt.edu` (log in, then that's it)
- `ssh -i /c/Users/faw18626/.ssh/id_rsatest.pub -p 311 rob@deq1.bse.vt.edu` 
- the last of these is the method needed to connect going forward.
