When running vsim.py, the time flag in the hpc config is not being picked up (but providing override works).

This is by design -- the time required really depends on what's running, so specifying it in the global hpc config doesn't really make sense. I set it up to estimate it (for bridges GPU currently) automatically from the input parameters, and add that as a slurm override (unless it already exists as an override). But we could make that function estimate better....
