* fixed QC terms syntax

removed extra colons at relationship defs and corrected the dbxref to PSI:MS

* fixed relationship syntax in added QC terms

* integrating wout's suggestions from the PR discussion

* refined metric categories

* corrected the observed mass accuracy term

* version bump

* Fix merge artifacts

* Reorder terms
