wheatley adjusts the 'spacestatus' in accordance with presence of the 'infobot' #18

i would suggest wheatley to execute the according !commands upon the "infobot" joining or leaving the channel. this would get rid of almost all instances of the space being unoccupied while someone forgot to change the status, as 99,8%+ of the time (rough estimate) the infobot will be switched on upon arrival of the first person and off when the last one(s) are departing.

should wheatley be in the wrong (as much as i know about haskell this should be impossible), it can always be changed manually as wheatley only reacts to joins/parts/quits and does not monitor the status.

this feature will one day be obsolete, but as it may take a long time until other automated mechanisms are being deployed/wheatley replaces further systems currently in use, i consider this to be a rather simple yet effective workaround.
