Is it possible to set terminal commands after the compilation is complete? I don't see the config in the docs, forgive me for being stupid

I need to use pandoc to convert to docx in full pdf style after compilation

You can create a second run configuration that runs a command, then add your tex run configuration as a before launch task on the command run configuration.
