I have a suggestion, please forgive my personal usage or foolish question.

Obviously, when use the structure preview my doc, what I want to notice firstly is the contents or bookmark. Please Help.

For me, there is no need to display the graph structure, if possible, I wish could disable them.

I find the solution:
Only enable the Sectioning and Labels.

By the way, I want to know if it is more effective or fast when complie by Combining images into one file?

Yes, exactly! It is explained in https://hannah-sten.github.io/TeXiFy-IDEA/code-navigation.html#structure-view, though adding a screenshot might be a good idea.

Regarding your question, no, including many images should not slow LaTeX down a lot. Usually it becomes slow because of many packages or TikZ drawings.
