Add a note mentioning need of dictionary for gesture gathering

If a user is missing a dictionary for other language than English (U.S & U.K) which has dictionary integrated, it will show blank space in the place where words should appear to swipe.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a warning/note that you need to have dictionary for the language your keyboard is set to so you can start contributing gesture swipes.

Use case

It will make it clear for the user what they should do so the text appears.
