BLEPeripheralinstances were recreated on each advertisement data receive, soCombinestreams (such asobserveConnectionState()) were no longer updated with new values.Based on RxBluetoothKit.
Similar (without thread-safe code) change is also contained in PR #13, but here I tried to make a small, isolated change instead of the single PR combining many features together.
