What is trained on pre-trained model?

After I train VOC2007+VOC2012 and validate VOC2007 Test data, I got 0.7672mAP.

And the number is similar with 07++12+COCO(77.5mAP) on paper which is **train MS COCO first and train VOC07+12+VOC07Test and test VOC12** so I guess pretrained model is COCO trained model.

Is this write? Thanks ahead.

Oops, I found your result is SSD300*(data augment and 07 Test).

But, in the paper they doesn't mention that they use pretrained model for the result of SSD300*(p.13)

Can I have same result if I train from scratch? or What did you train to make pre-trained model?
