For both "missbias -h" and "unique -h", there is a typo: "ULTRACAMruns"

Using "unique ." in ultracam/2025_11_19 outputs...

checking via the html log both of these run files are correctly identified as full frame, but the output then looks to provide incorrect window sizes?

The FF data is correct. What I am reporting here is the wforms property of the header objects from the hipercam pipeline. This gives the size and shape of each CCD output.

For UCAM, 1x1 full frame data is made of two CCD outputs which start at xsl=1 and xsr=513. Both have ys=1 and the sizes are nx=512, ny=1024 so the numbers are correct.

The order of wforms is set to match the input values in the udriver/hdriver GUIs so I don't want to change it.

However the issue with binning is a bit annoying, since the GUIs take values in unbinned pixels. That's a separate issue that I'll raise in the pipeline repo.
