exposure time and SNR widget upgrades

There are a few things that would be really useful for phaseII prep:

1. SNR and count window should include information from `nskip` parameters in instpars window
2. The SNR box could be colour coded to show different levels of readout noise (red for readout noise is dominated, yellow for readout noise impacts to some extent)
