Move parts of the XRT analysis guide to the `xrtpy` documentation

In order to ensure that instrument-specific knowledge is captured in the documentation and as current developers move on to other things, we should look through the IDL XRT analysis guide and understand what would be appropriate to move to the xrtpy documentation. This may also help to highlight areas in which clarification is needed.
