Rewrite databases to use Z39.50 protocol #1

The Citation template generator will benefit from using a Z39.50 protocol to retrieve info about books, instead of using raw html parsing, used now.

The YAZ library, supporting Z39.50 protocol has been enabled on Toolserver, especially so I will make use of it.

Need to rewrite database handlers
