Allow to split fastq or get list of readID per cell

Hi,
This may look like a very strange query. I am trying to make a small dataset and I would be interested in generating a small fastq with only reads mapping to some cells. I was wondering if you've already written a piece of code that would store readID instead of the count.

I have not written code that would accommodate this atm.
If you want to have a stab at it, I would recommend trying out the new branch using polars as a backend as it will make this way easier
