Admin portal authentication

Once we build out a database , we should be able to do leadership authentication using sjsu emails, and keep the admin portal only accessible by leadership.

This also ties into the back-end: @nhattrinh .If you want to help with this you can, but I'll pick up the entire thing if necessary.

All we would do is do a google sign on and check that it's sjsu email and then reference our leadership database.
