Unusable Engine config #198

I'm trying to use this package, but getting incompatible engine errors because the node engine is specific and old.

What is the purpose of

  "engines": {
    "node": "6.11.2"
  },

Could it be removed or made more flexible? For now I have to use --ignore-engines on every install
