Expected Behavior:

Only authorized users (review owners) can update or delete their reviews.

Invalid ratings or duplicate submissions are rejected with descriptive errors.

Events should include reviewer address, project ID, action type, timestamp, and IPFS CID.

Provide auditability and traceability for off-chain indexing and frontend display.

Implementation Notes:

Add comprehensive tests to validate access control and event emission.

Ensure consistency in on-chain and off-chain references.
