Gizmo visibility option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes hiding gizmos can be useful to improve the viewport visibility. Right now gizmos are visible all the time and there is no way to disable them.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally we should hide the Hubs Gizmos when the viewport overlays extras option is disabled.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If that's not possible, we should think of where to place a Hubs global panel where this can live. We should keep in mind that this panel could host more features in the future.

I think this should be an additional checkbox added to the Gizmos popup, and not linked to the extras option in the Overlays popup.
