Link to "Change" tab redirects to "Runs" if logged in

Describe the bug

When logged into Horreum, clicking a link that goes to the "Changes" tab of a test, shows the "Changes" tab momentairly and redirects to the "Runs" tab. If logged out, the link works properly.

To Reproduce

1.Log in to Horreum.
2. Go to a test, click the "Changes" tab, copy the URL
3. Paste it in a new tab
4. See the "Changes" tab flash momentarily and then redirect to the "Tests" tab.
