QoL updates to Logger

**QoL updates to Logger**
* Invert the folder structure when logging, instead of `data` and `order`  and then the subfolders with timestamp, invert it, an let it be timestamp and inside, `data` and `order`.

* Do the same in the data files as the order ones, instead of writing the ip use the board name.
