GPU load 20% while CPU always at 100% in GPU version #126

Both GUI/Console version i've got GPU load 20% while CPU always at 100% . I don't what's something wrong with my settings.

Core i9 13900K
Asus TUF Z790 DDR5
Corsair DDR55600 32GB x2
Nvidia GTX 1080Ti
Kington SFYRS 1000GB M.2
