all the files you need are in the archive, you need to decompress the archive "DeepMosaics_0.5.1_gpu_windows_amd64.7z" into a folder.
or maybe it's a problem with your cuda version, check this it seems somebody had the same problem: #117

Wrong CUDA version, only CUDA 11.0 works.

You can also run the source code with CUDA of higher version like me:
