Tunnel Build Success Still 0%

Everybody else seems to be working fine but my build success is still at 0%, though I am no longer having RAM issues. I am on the latest dev update. Logs are full of stuff looking like this:

i briefly switched over i2pd. i trust that the i2p plus devs will fix this. but in the meantime, i wanna explore the network, contribute to the network, and reliably torrent. i found that i2pd is working better than i2p plus as of now.
