Hi,

In the GPP Header, I don't see any presence of createdAt or updatedAt. The only regulation that have those information are TCFEUV2 and TCFCA.

If you receive 2 signals, for USNAT only for example, 1 OPTIN, 1 OPTOUT, how do you know which one is the most recent ?
