Description
Currently, ESSOptimizer and SacessOptimizer assume that the provided local optimizer adheres to the bounds. If the local optimizer optimizer provides inadmissible solutions, the scatter searches may propagate inadmissible solutions. Therefore, the reported solutions should be checked.
