2.0.0 is the second Dockstore release of the DKFZ workflow that is compatible with CWL 1.0 and is fully compatible with the Dockstore command-line.

This involves workarounds for:

• SGE (to work around for randomized docker hostname)
• Docker volumes (to work around cwltool setting filesystem to read-only)
• instructions to run against real data (test data dies near the end of execution)
• fixes to CWL document to list output files
• fixes to file provisioning
