Usability improvements #1

I have added LibMan to https://github.com/iic-jku/IIC-OSIC-TOOLS, and I would like to suggest the following usability improvements:

The association of file type ("view") to program should be configurable with a file in the user home (like .libmanrc).
A view symbol is missing.
We should have a layout view for magic (layout mag) and klayout (layout gds).
The view schematic should not be named cdl but schematic.

So the supported views should be: symbol, schematic, netlist, layout mag, layout gds, doc, pdf.

Maybe the supported views could also be configurable via .libmanrc.
