QuasiScriptBehavior isn't working on Qt5 #22

There are a bug on Qt5 that does not allow its scripting system (QQmlExpression and QQmlScriptString) to receive data from QML.

Is there a bug reference for the Qt bug? I'd like to dig into that a bit.

a bug in Qt when getting the scriptString from QML that breaks
comparison.  Setting it does actually work though.  This fixes
issue INdT#22.
