please reword the commit (we prefix our commits with IONOS)
- IONOS: Add richdocuments to as external app
- please create the PR as internal branch (in order for PR job to be able to use the secrets)

we have to use stable30 branch
in order to be compatibly with our current version

v8.6.1 is only compatibly with v31
