in one imported database dump, our actionlogrecord table contains 8943468 entries, 8589937 of which are performed by useridentifier :guest. Looking at another imported database dump of a smaller, newer installation, roughly half of the actionlogrecord entries log guest performing edu.harvard.iq.dataverse.engine.command.impl.GetLatestPublishedDatasetVersionCommand.

Are there actions which user guest is allowed to perform that might not be worth logging? If this question isn't worthwhile or is already discussed in another issue, please feel free to close this one.
