The data sources for ITHIM-R are of two types: one, global data, and two, local data.
These include dose--response relationships and physical-activity--related MMETs.
Local data consist of trips (from a travel or time-use survey), physical activity data, air pollution data (including background concentration, fraction attributed to transport, and source apportionment within that), injuries data, GBD data, and population data.
Here we link to a series of markdown documents generated directly from project_mgmt/case_study_cities.xlsx. There will be one per module with rows of the cities we are implementing, where the modules include
- trips (travel survey)
- physical activity
- air pollution
- injuries
- GBD
- population
