Add Show does not respect adding multiple staff of the same position

When you go to add a show, and select, for example, two QCs, it only creates one.

Resulting show created only has one:

If, when creating a show, I change the TLC field to QC instead of deleting it and creating a new field, it appears to work fine

So deleting the defaults breaks adding additional staff.
