Describe the bug

In the GitHub issue template for opening a new app request the link to check previously requested apps is incorrect, leading people to believe an app has not been requested yet and filing for a request by mistake.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://github.com/IceWhaleTech/CasaOS/issues
  2. Click on 'New issue'
  3. Click on 'App Request'
  4. Check the "requested" link in the quoted section above the input

Expected behavior

I would have expected to be taken to the issues page of this repository with all the app requests, but instead saw only 2 in the main repo at the linked page.

❤ Thanks for taking the time to fill out this app request! Before proceeding, please make sure that this app is not in App Store and no one has requested the same app before. If you have already requested the app, please ask your friends to help add a 👍 to this issue. Then be patient and wait for the developers to work on it. If you have any questions, please ask them on Discord or Github Discussions.

Screesnhot of the main CasaOS repository isues page with only 2 issues listed, and the label filtering set to "App Request"
