Hi, some ideas on how to improve the Beta-Testing / Debugging experience:

Mention (in the docs or README) if a released version is not usable (i.e. v0.1.0) and that snapshot installation is preferred
Mention how to increase the log-level for the daemon (icinga-kubernetes -v 2)
Mention what information is required when submitting issues (OS, DB Version, K8S Distro/Version, etc.). GitHub Issue Template maybe

And maybe the daemon should spit out its build details (version, commit, date) when using --version even if no kubeconfig is set.
