No overflow on the IgbAccordion samples

Open the topic with the IgbAccordion samples:

Expand accordion panels in any of the samples. Once the content overflows the sample container space, there's no scrollbar.

NOTE: I suppose this is a general issue with all sample containers. I'm seeing this same with the IgbExpansionPanel: https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-blazor/blazor/components/layouts/expansion-panel#styling

TODO in the shared.css on CDN

• add overflow CSS rule and use it in Accordion and ExpansionPanel samples
• add font-size for h1, h2, h3 such that docs' CSS does not affect samples
