Fix: Blur Cover Collections?

This is a hard problem to fix, some collection covers are down bad in terms of res, especially OG os collections, and don't think we can fix this, for some collections it's dope to get that high res collection cover but if many look like this https://ikigailabs.xyz/ethereum/0x4507d017ffc59808476b0adb349335742939a51a we may consider adding an artistic blur on them,
