The flagged NFT I bought as reference

With it's etherscan history, that i did look into before I bought, seeing it was held for over a year so didn't expect it to be flagged

could have been avoided by triple checking on opensea Pro, it was not listed on opensea but on looksrare

under floor price but at the same price the last sale happend on opensea so saw it as buy opportunity
