the only categories we want to list at this stage are:

Photography
Iconic Gems
Art Blocks
Gen Art
AI Inspired
PFP
Pixel Art

Worked hard to re-evaluate the curated collections and went through a 1000+ collections (old and new) to regroup the categories, and remove ded projects, and add some essential art collections

created a brand new Airtable account so we now have a clean spreadsheet with all the curated collections and organised by category, and a tab per new network
