Propose UI changes for closed source software

After discussion with the RSD team we're going to carryout a detailed review of the current submission form and propose an alternative form for closed source software. We'll then take this concrete list of proposals to the RSD and Helmholtz teams for their thoughts before attempting any contributions. Some relevant points from today's discussion:

• most of the relevant fields are in the "Information" tab.
• a closed source "toggle".
• how to capture software versions - this is currently automatically scraped via a concept DOI, not something that can be provided for closed source software - may want to add UI ability to add different software versions with links (to e.g. a paper) or a DOI.

We should also consider what UI changes would be relevant for the page that displays the software:
e.g. hiding the activity tracker, what citation info should look like.
