Fixes Issue : Download profile image on registration/login using OAuth2 / social logins

Changes proposed

• get Social Avatar url and pass to set that Avatar to userAvatar when any user will register with social account
• Put job for set and update social user profile photo as user avatar
• also add checkbox in myAccount setting that user want to use social account avatar or custom
• add scheduler for every day that every day all social user profile photo will be updated if they didn't use custom avatar
