Prerequisites
Similar to #1352.
I checked the Obtainium Wiki.

off-topic: In Obtainium Wiki, Login to GitLab link is https://github.com.

Describe the bug
Unable to add GitLab sources like https://gitlab.example.source/<group>/<subgroup>/<project> as app sources

To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Add App'
  2. Enter https://framagit.org/framasoft/peertube/mobile-application into 'App Source URL'
  3. Set 'GitLab' to 'Override Source'
  4. Tap on 'Add'
  5. Message 'Not found' is displayed.

Please complete the following information:

  • Device: moto g7
  • OS: LineageOS 21
  • Obtainium Version: 1.1.38

Additional context

GitLab allows users to add subgroups to a group, and they can nest up to 20 subgroups.
