Chat parses %e exponents, can crash/overflow #10
Description
The chat parses exponents, e.g.
"%e" becomes "8.497209e-314"
"%123e" becomes a weird line "1.486320e-313"
And stuff like
"%999999e" can potentially crash the server (Dday 5.065b). My local server doesn't crash, but says "PF_cprintf: overflow" after hanging (freezing) for about 2 seconds.
