Asset Manager

We need Asset Manager that can:
- give Asset by asset name, e.g. BTC
- give Asset by default traded market name, e.g. BTCUSDC

Currently underlying symbols are aggregated from indexes, but that's not ideal, especially with the view that in future we will deploy new indexes while app is running.
