Add skeletons in - events, tags, organizers and people

There are no skeletons in - events, tags, organizers and people. Under slow connections, the page does not change until the request is resolved. From a user perspective, it looks like button are dummy and don't lead anywhere even though the URL is changing in the address bar without new page load.
