Version 9.0.0 marks the starting point for Umbraco 9 support! We've skipped several major versions, because we think it'll make more sense to align our major version with the major version of umbraco.
Why you should use this version
In short: It's more awesome!
It's the first step towards a more testable, more stable, more maintainable and better performing package.
How you can help us
If you would like to help us, please try out this prerelease and let us know what you find!

Important information when using prereleases:
ALWAYS make a backup of your application and database before installing prereleases! prereleases can still be unstable.
This prerelease supports upgrading from older versions, but IT DOES NOT SUPPORT DOWNGRADING back to the latest stable version!
