dm_levelup - Sets max XP for the current level. To level-up, kill someone.

dm_spawncreature <creature:string> - Spawns NPC near the player, check npc_list.txt or monster_list.txt
Examples:
dm_spawncreature m0_cf_old01 - Spawns grandma
dm_spawnitem <item:string> - Spawns item near the player, check armor_items_list.txt, steel_sword_items_list.txt etc
Examples:
dm_spawnitem it_stlswd_017 - Spawns the final boss Grandmaster's of the Order sword. Only available to him, the unique of the sword is 200% damage
getgamephase - Displayes current game act, example: Act_1
