v0.5 Roadmap

The final few things I want to get sorted out before the v0.5 release are

• Getting an icon sorted out (I'm planning on sorting this out)
  • We have a desktop entry file, so it would be more complete if we had an icon as well
• Add a persistent image cache #291
  • Adds a cache subcommand which is technically a breaking change for the CLI, but potentially the last one for a bit
• Remove streamed image decoding with the image v0.25 update (as mentioned in Potentially add back streamed image decoding #323)
  • refactor: Bump image version and remove streamed decoding #325
