Support fragment identifiers #406
Description
Hey! I'm exploring the capabilities of using this tool to navigate through a markdown wiki!! An important part of the wiki structure is linking to specific headers/subheaders. This is a convention from HTML documents, with fragment identifiers but translates well to markdown. Right now, when confronted with a link containing a fragment id, it will fallback on the system opener. I wish it would navigate to the relevant header, or even provide an option to at the least pull up the document the header belongs to...
