Describe the bug
Whenever the height of the page is reduced the report button and other buttons get under the navbar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Go to 'https://pawss.vercel.app/'
Reduce the height of the screen
See error

Expected behaviour
The buttons should be visible clearly and should not hide due to the overlapping
