code.dlang.org says this is BSD-2-Clause.

For what its worth open source D mostly uses the Boost Software License BSL-1.0

The Inochi2D project generally uses BSD 2-clause. As such this binding shares that license.

Additionally it's still a bit of a work in progress, license file will be added with the next commit when it's ready.
